We was contacted by our client to install a durable cost effective flooring solution to this investment property in Mount Coolum, Sunshine Coast. After Discovering our clients needs, we advised on utilising our 3mm Vinyl Plank product in Colour Light Oak, to provide the property with a long lasting and uplifting flooring solution. The Property was tiled with outdated tiles, after a subfloor assessment we established that the existing tiles was in a sound condition. This allowed us to use a sand embedded primer and flood coat to provide a perfect blank canvas for the new flooring to be installed.

The Light Oak colour dramatically enhanced the natural light in the property, and the hard wearing 0.5mm wear layer will provide a beautiful maintenance free floors for many years and tenants to come.
