Before starting Laid Right Flooring, I spent years working hands-on in the industry, perfecting my craft across both residential and commercial projects. Flooring isn’t just my job—it’s something I’ve been immersed in my whole life.
From selecting the right materials to ensuring every installation meets the highest standard, I take pride in delivering quality work that stands the test of time. My focus is on making the process as smooth as possible for clients, ensuring they get the best results with no surprises along the way.
While I’m the one on-site bringing floors to life, the success of Laid Right Flooring is a team effort. With strong systems in place behind the scenes, I can focus on what I do best—delivering top-tier flooring solutions.
Natasha Sapiano - Office Admin/Social Media Manager
Natasha isn’t just the backbone of Laid Right Flooring—she’s also my fiancée. While I’m out on-site, she’s behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly.
From managing schedules and organising paperwork to handling quotes and invoices, Natasha keeps the business side of things in check. She also looks after our social media, making sure our work gets seen and our brand stays strong.
While you might not see her on-site, everything runs more efficiently because of her. Laid-Right Flooring wouldn’t be the same without her keeping things on track behind the scenes.
