We was contacted by this client to provide a effective flooring solution to this ground floor apartment on the maroochydore river. We advised to utilise our 3mm vinyl planking as a cost effective but durable flooring solution for this project, the Client selected our European Oak colour and we got to work. After an initial subfloor assessment it was deemed the subfloor would need a grind and a skim coat to ensure the perfect canvas for the new flooring to go down.

After preparing the subfloor correctly we installed our 3mm Vinyl planks, and it instantly transformed the space. Making the Space feel a lot more lighter and even gave the effect that the space felt bigger.
